Blackout.......

Today there was a blackout at my house block. everyone thought that only their house was pitch black but it turned out that the entire block had no electricity! I was kind of bored without electricity but lucky for me, I had my handphone with me so I played games on it.

My maid used candles to light the house while I played the games and SMSed my friend. Soon after, the lights and everything else came back on. I now knew that without electricity we almost can't do anything.

I really wonder how people lived in the days when there was no electricity. I once heard that they slept when the sun went down and wakes up when the sun rises. I don't really like the idea of doing that even if my past lifes must have been like that.
